At Gi Group, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Headquarters in Esplugues de Llobregat, to cover a maternity leave until approximately December–January.

The selected person will manage recruitment processes “as a consultant,” supporting both national and international hiring.

Main responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment management: job profiling, posting, CV screening, interviews, and candidate shortlisting/presentation.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and following up through to offer/closure.
• Candidate communication and feedback.
• Recruiting interns, junior profiles, and store/retail-type positions.
• Supporting recruitment processes for other countries (English used on a regular basis).

Key requirements and skills

• Previous recruitment experience (ideally in an agency/temporary staffing environment or in-house).
• High/advanced English (essential) for interviews and international coordination.
• Italian: highly valued.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and internal customer orientation.
