We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Service Representative / Customer Service Admin to join our Customer Operations Center in Barcelona. You will be part of a fast-paced and diverse environment, taking ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Process formal quotes and orders, where accuracy and responsiveness are critical.
Interface with sales and customers to provide accurate information, solve problems, and support a variety of pre-sales and post-sales activities.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., Sales, Service Delivery, Collections) to resolve customer inquiries.
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience, applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, and compliance requirements.
Perform routine administrative customer service tasks following established procedures.
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
Fluent English (written and spoken). German is highly desirable; if not, a strong English level will be considered provided the required experience and skills match.
Demonstrated experience in Customer Service / Customer Representative roles (administrative/operations environment).
Strong computer and systems skills, including high data accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (required). SAP/CRM experience is preferred.
Strong time management, multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and ability to take initiative and ownership.
Administrative vocational training/education is a plus.
We are looking for someone who can learn internal processes quickly; otherwise the learning curve will not meet the needs of the role.
Terms & Conditions
Working hours: 08:00–17:00 (1-hour break)
Hybrid model:Remote: Monday & Friday
On-site (WTC offices): Tuesday to Thursday
Onboarding: first month fully on-site (Mon–Fri) for training and integration with the team
Gross annual salary: €29,000
Start date: as soon as possible, no later than October 1st
Contract: 6-month contract via ETT (temporary employment agency)
