Gi Group is recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join Agilent Technologies (end client), in a multicultural and customer-oriented environment.
Mandatory: Native/professional Dutch and professional-level English (used daily to communicate with customers and internal teams).
What will your mission be?
Support Sales representatives and customers, ensuring smooth and accurate processes: order management, invoicing and follow-ups in SAP, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
Order processing: create and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
Sales & customer support: provide information, resolve issues and support customers after the sale.
Internal coordination: liaise with teams such as Sales, Logistics, Installation, Public Tenders, Credit & Collection, etc.
Manage the customer journey: from the initial request to final delivery, following company procedures and policies.
Continuous improvement: suggest ideas to optimize processes and ways of working.
Administrative tasks: handle documentation and regular administrative duties in line with established procedures.
Conditions
Hybrid model: On-site Tuesday to Thursday / Remote Monday and Friday
Working hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: €29,000 gross/year
Contract type: Temporary contract via Gi Group (ETT) for Agilent
Expected start date: 01/07/2026
Estimated duration: 4 months
What are we looking for?
A motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented profile.
Customer-focused with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key requirement: Dutch (native/professional) + English (professional).
Previous experience in Customer Service / Back Office / Sales Administration is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
