Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly Key Performance Metrics.
  • Develop best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects.
  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities and pipeline.
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in Salesforce.com (CRM database). Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification.
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used.
  • Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solution-selling) and close sales opportunities.
  • Explain Google technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs.
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell.


Requirements

  • BA/BS technical degree
  • Native level of German.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Min. 3 years B2B Sales and Business development experience in outbound sales in the IT industry
  • Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS industry, Cloud computing concepts and competitive landscape in the Cloud Service Providers world.
  • Ability to connect and add value to a broad range of customers, with great interpersonal and listening skills
  • Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone based environment
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude; self-motivated to achieve personal goals and goals set for the team
  • Organized and has pipeline management, time management skills and prioritization skills
  • IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer based job


Desirable

  • Cloud certification or Cyber Security certification
  • B2B sales experience within Cyber Security
  • Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident competitive and tenacious
  • Understanding of local market and local business environment


Benefits

  • Full time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • 28.500,00 € base salary plus up to 9.000,00 € performance bonus.
