Currently, from our BARCELONA branch we are looking for an INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE professional for SAN FERNANDO - MADRID.
We are seeking an International Customer Service specialist with fluent English. The role will provide operational and commercial support to international clients, ensuring effective communication across departments and the smooth running of operations during a period of high workload.
Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure tracking and control of shipments for international clients, corporate customers and partners.
Ensure shipment traceability and expedition closure; handle discrepancies with other depots.
Manage operational administrative processes, both internal and external.
Comply with and enforce the Pall-Ex Operations Manual.
Resolve incidents and complaints from international clients, partners and corporate customers; escalate serious or critical issues to the line manager.
Monitor and follow up on incidents handled.
Manage and monitor network quality indicators.
Prepare service proposals and quotes for international clients on behalf of our partners.
Report weekly activity and results to the department manager.
Participate in Quality Management System tasks: drafting procedures or operational instructions, and managing client incidents or complaints.
Profile required:
English: fluent.
Education: degree-level qualification is desirable.
Experience: minimum 2 years in similar roles within the transport and logistics sector.
Knowledge of distribution network markets and/or logistics operators.
Ability to work under pressure and communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
This position is key to maintaining operations and communication with clients and partners, ensuring quality standards and response times.
What we offer:
Temporary contract to cover a parental leave (6 months) with possibility of extension.
Full-time with set schedule (09:00–14:00 / 15:00–18:00).
On-site with 1 day of remote work per week.

Salary: €21.800 gross/year.
