Position Description:

We are seeking a Data Operations Specialist for a 1-year temporary contract. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining customer data operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency in all processes. This role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as a strong focus on data governance and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle internal and external customer operational requests with accuracy and within predefined timelines.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure the integrity and maintenance of customer master data, including data governance, master data management, banking information management, and compliance collaboration.
  • Identify and report inconsistencies and problems to management.
  • Support the Tier 2 assessment ticket process and collaborate with other teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain, enhance, and enforce discipline in operational processes to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in data operations, data governance, or master data management. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in SAP CRM, Mendix Web Tool, SAP ECC, and Google Geo-mapping search engines.
  • Technical knowledge of MS Office (an additional advantage).
  • Key Competencies:Critical thinking and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal and external partners effectively.
  • Ability to work independently under strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience in a multicultural and global work environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong team player, and results-oriented.
  • Other Requirements:Flexibility to adapt to a rotational work environment and shift coverage as needed.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to data management and governance.


Location: Barcelona, Spain (WTC Offices)

Contract Type: Temporary (7 months)

Schedule: Full-time

Language: Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
