At Gi Group, we are looking for a Data Analyst - Spotfire to join the team at Agilent Technologies, a leading company in the scientific technology sector. Important:

Only candidates with proven experience using Spotfire will be considered for this position. Candidates without this experience will not be considered in the selection process.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop Spotfire dashboards for Salesforce.

Work closely with business and IT teams to define and update business and functional solutions.

Analyze and evaluate business problems, providing recommendations to optimize systems and processes.

Lead project planning and management, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.

Propose schedule adjustments, resource additions, or scope changes as necessary.

Ensure effective communication between teams and keep management informed of progress and key issues.

Ensure goals are met and coordinate internal and external resources.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven hands-on experience with Spotfire.

Advanced skills in project management and data analysis.

Knowledge of tools such as Spotfire and Salesforce.

Fluent English, both spoken and written (essential for communication with global teams).

Ability to interpret requirements and manage projects from start to delivery.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, experience in resource management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications related to project management or data analysis.

Previous experience in similar roles within international organizations.

Postgraduate studies.
