We are seeking an Account Executive to support the Airline Director and the local Business Development team with administrative, operational and commercial coordination tasks. This is an executive support role focused on execution and follow-up of commercial initiatives within the flights business.
This is a temporary position for 12 months.
Main responsibilities
Support day-to-day management of airline accounts: coordinate commercial agreements and track initiatives.
Assist in the preparation, execution and monitoring of commercial campaigns and deals.
Provide operational and commercial communication support with airline partners.
Prepare periodic performance reports, track KPIs and analyze trends.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support commercial decision-making.
Prepare materials for business reviews, partner meetings and internal presentations.
Ensure timely follow-up of partner requests and internal action items.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations to ensure correct execution of initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Previous experience in an airline, OTA, travel agency or GDS environment is valued; candidates with relevant internships will also be considered.
Basic knowledge of the travel industry and airline distribution.
Analytical skills and ability to work with data to generate actionable insights.
Advanced command of English. Spanish, French, Italian and/or Portuguese are a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint.
Scope of the role
Main portfolio: regional European airlines; will also provide support for Mexico and Brazil.
Support/execution-oriented role; does not include responsibility for key account management or direct commercial targets.
Contract and compensation
12-month temporary contract.
Start date: May 2026.
Compensation: to be agreed.
Hybrid working: 3 days in office + 2 days remote (per company policy).
